2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use ph898 Services. This minimum age is set by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. ph898 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. If it is found that a Player is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned subject to regulatory requirements.
2.2 Jurisdiction. ph898 Services are available to residents of the Philippines where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph898 does not accept players from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player may maintain only one (1) active ph898 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. ph898 may suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Self-Exclusion Compliance. Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion on ph898 or through a PAGCOR-linked exclusion program are not permitted to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and applicable gaming regulations.
ph898 is required by PAGCOR regulations to perform age and identity verification before processing any withdrawal requests. Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is successfully completed.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ph898 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. ph898 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. ph898 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of up to ₱100 against inactive account balances, deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your ph898 account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding verified balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method upon account closure, subject to applicable verification requirements.
4.1 Currency. All ph898 transactions are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ph898 currently accepts the following deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay-connected bank accounts. ph898 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to review current deposit limits in the Cashier section of their ph898 account.
4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ph898 account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of confirmed cleared funds, typically within 30–60 minutes during banking hours.
4.5 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph898 account are sourced from lawfully held funds owned by you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited.
4.6 Deposit Refusals. ph898 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its discretion, including where the deposit is suspected to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity.
5.1 Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to ph898's KYC verification process. 5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ph898 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
5.3 Processing Times. Verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during business days. ph898 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for GCash and PayMaya. The minimum withdrawal amount for bank transfers is ₱500.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings. Only winnings generated from real-money play (or bonus play after all wagering requirements have been met) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances themselves are not withdrawable. Where a Player withdraws before completing wagering requirements applicable to an active bonus, the bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Unusual withdrawal activity, structuring of transactions, or inconsistency between deposited funds and gaming activity may trigger additional review. 6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10–20%) compared to standard slots (typically 100%). 7.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on the ph898 Platform use independently certified random number generators. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual gaming session.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during play, ph898 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a clear malfunction are not payable.
7.4 Sabong Rules. In the event of a disputed match outcome, ph898 will accept the official ruling of the arena authority as final and binding.
7.5 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting on ph898 is governed by ph898's Sports Betting House Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. ph898 reserves the right to void or adjust bets where an error in odds or market parameters is identified prior to event conclusion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph898 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph898 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. Subject to Section 11.4, ph898's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph898 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ph898's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.5 Force Majeure. ph898 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or PAGCOR regulatory orders.
12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information by ph898 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ph898 Privacy Policy.
12.2 Regulatory Disclosure. ph898 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to maintain player records and to disclose certain information to regulatory authorities upon request. This may include your identity, transaction history, and gaming activity. Such disclosures are made in compliance with legal obligations and do not constitute a breach of ph898's privacy obligations to you.
12.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an account, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your account. Marketing communications are opt-in and can be managed through your account preferences at any time.
13.1 Right to Amend. ph898 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory authority, in which case they may take effect immediately.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ph898 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account under Section 3.4.
13.3 Version Control. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and guidelines.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ph898 Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through ph898's internal customer support process by contacting [email protected]. ph898 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
14.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures. ph898 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.
14.4 Jurisdiction. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.2 and 14.3 being exhausted first.
